I am a 23 year old female working full time looking for another girl to rent out the other bedroom in the apartment for September 1. I’m fairly easy going and enjoy peace and quiet, spending quality time with friends and family and relaxing on the patio with a good cup of coffee. There is a shared bathroom, large with a lot of storage and the kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops. Netflix and internet are available and there are many amenities within the building including an indoor pool, gym, and tennis courts. The room itself is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and chairs with a large closet. There is laundry on site. Only a five minute walk to the train, a fifteen minute ride downtown and two stops away from the University of Calgary, the apartment is also accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, and Northland Mall. A parking stall is available and all utilities are included. Looking for someone quiet and clean to move in for September 1st with a four month lease at $750/month (with the option to renew at the end of the lease). Please note this is a non-smoking, non-partying, drug free and pet free home. Damage deposit and references are required.
